CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointment Confirmations are sent immediately once your appointment is booked so you can add it to your own personal calender. Appointment Reminders are sent the day before your upcoming appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so by either contacting me 24 hours before your appointment at 505-550-6423 or by opening the Reminder Message and selecting "Cancel Appointment." 

If cancelled after 24 hours and if we are closed then your text message, email, or voicemail will not be received until in time. If you cancel after 24 hours, then a cancelation fee of 50% will be due.

If you No-Show your appointment, a 50% fee will be due.

Apple Wallet

Venmo & Cash App are not accepted. 

CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED

Sorry, but children ages 11 and younger are not allowed to accompany you for your treatment. Your service will be cancelled and you will still be charged the cancellation fee. This is due to it being an insurance violation and we will not provide childcare while simultaneously  performing your service.

PHONE CALLS & SILENT MODE

We want you all to enjoy our cozy day spa, so as to not interrupt other client's services, we ask that you take phone calls outside and put your phone on mute while inside. Please be considerate of others and enjoy your service.
